The SHRM-ECC Chapter has established initiatives to work with the local schools.  First, the SHRM-ECC Chapter is participating in a Workforce Readiness program to provide opportunities for high school students to gain work experience in various job opportunities within our members organizations.  Secondly, the chapter is working with the Okaloosa School District in recruiting volunteers to mentor students.  Please click on the links below to learn about these programs.
