Welcome to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Emerald Coast Chapter

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Emerald Coast Chapter, founded in 1986, is a direct affiliate of the National SHRM. The SHRM members encompass professionals from the Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relation, Labor Relations, and Employee Resource Management fields. The National SHRM consists of over 165,000 professional and student members throughout the world making it the world's largest human resource management association. It is a founding member of the North American Human Resource Management Association (NAHRMA) and a founding member and President of the World Federation of Personnel Management Associations (WFPMA).
